Important Notice

We only allow LEGAL and GOOD use of our SMS service. Any misuse will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our SMS service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from sending:

Spam or unsolicited messages
Harassing, threatening, or abusive content
Fraudulent or misleading information
Content promoting illegal activities
Pornographic or obscene material
Hate speech or discriminatory content
Phishing or scam messages

2. KYC Verification

All users must complete KYC verification with REAL data. We verify your identity through Didit and may cross-check with NID database. Fake or stolen identities will be reported to authorities.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your API key or login credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

4. SMS Credits & Refunds

SMS credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits do not expire. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages from service interruptions.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

Violation of these terms
Sending inappropriate or illegal messages
Fake KYC information
Chargeback or fraudulent payments
Abuse of our API or services

7. Data Privacy

We collect and store your KYC data for verification purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your SMS history is kept confidential.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of new terms.
